RESTART is a 1 year program created to reset your mind, to work on your: wounds, childhood traumas and problems. We will work together on your blockages, your fears, your doubts, your limiting thoughts, your patterns, the relationship with yourself, your body, your Inner-child and Higher-self. We will "destroy to rebuild": it means that we will get rid of that shell that you created to protect yourself to be the person you are today (survival of the fittest mode), to rebuild the real you, the new you. The person who doesn't want to survive anymore but wants to live! And it start with acknowledgment and acceptance. No more soldier, be a leader!

You will learn acceptance and resilience and also learn how to let go. I will also teach you how drop your ego which is related to fear while keeping your pride. We will learn together how to balance, because everything is about balancing. I will guide you in the process of self-trust, self-love and self-care. The better you are and you feel, the more helpful to the others you are, the more productive you are, the more giving you are: are you ready to be a leader?
This one year coaching is based on creativity and intuition. Non-verbal self-expression ways where all your senses are involved, your subconscious, your instinct and clairvoyance.
Before we start RESTART, I will send you a "team work agreement", because there is no magic, you need to want the change in your life and do your part for the coaching to be the most efficient possible. You have the power, I have the keys. You will also receive a survey and a first free phone consultation to understand your needs and to prepare our first session together.
You will receive 10 in-person sessions of 3 hours each, that includes: meditation, warm up, art & craft/ dance & body movement/ self-image understanding & healing/ food relationship reconnection/ cool down.
10 online art healing (small) group sessions, to exchange/ advice/ share with other clients. The sessions will be based on topics that concerns each member.
